FLOWFIT YOGA - Our flagship class! Flowfit yoga is combination of yoga poses and bodyweight exercises designed to provide a comprehensive workout to strengthen both the physical and mental body. Perfect for anybody looking to evolve their physical ability, get in shape AND improve their mental health all in a convenient 45 minute class

FLOW YOGA - Traditional Vinyasa flow yoga, considered to be an intermediate class for those practitioners who would like something a little more advanced than beginners but not as challenging as our FlowFit yoga class. This is a breath led movement practice designed to take you out of your mind and into your body

BEGINNERS YOGA - This is our entry level class for our Flowfit yoga program, here you will learn all the basics and fundamentals required to progress safely and efficiently through your practice to get you moving in the right direction in the shortest time possible

YIN YOGA - This is a purely restorative and meditative practice. Here we spend anywhere from 3 - 5 minutes in gentle stretch positions to help your body restore to it optimal state. Yin yoga is a favourite class at our studio among many students and can often be used as a fantastic alternative to manual therapy
